Because all our services are delivered directly to your home or office, we collect your service address. This address is used exclusively for dispatching our technician and is not stored beyond what is operationally necessary.

Your address is shared only with the assigned technician for the purpose of completing your service visit. It is not used for advertising or shared with any third-party marketing services.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Typically:

  • Service records are kept for up to 3 years for warranty and follow-up purposes
  • Payment records are kept for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations
  • Booking requests that did not result in a completed service are deleted within 6 months
